Net Zero

Net zero describes a balance between the amount of greenhouse gases (GHG) produced and the amount that is removed from the atmosphere. Achieving net zero relies on multiple approaches – reducing emissions through measures such as renewable energy sources and improving energy efficiency, or implementing carbon capture and storage technologies.
