REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

LIVE TRAINING SESSIONS: TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES - If technical difficulties via Carbonwise occur that impact upon the adequate delivery of a Live Training Session, the session purchaser will be provided the opportunity to re-schedule or receive a full refund. - If technical difficulties via the session purchaser occur that impact upon the adequate delivery of a Live Training Session, the session purchaser will be provided the opportunity to re-schedule. LIVE TRAINING SESSIONS: CANCELLATION - If extenuating circumstances (such as illness or death) occur on the part of Carbonwise which cause the cancellation of a session at any time, the session purchaser will be provided the opportunity to re-schedule or receive a full refund. - If the session purchaser cancels up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time, they will be provided the opportunity to re-schedule or a full refund. - If the session purchaser cancels a session less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time, they will not be entitled to a refund. LIVE TRAINING SESSIONS: RE-SCHEDULING - Subject to availability, it is possible to reschedule a Live Training Session up to 24 hours to the originally scheduled session time. LIVE TRAINING SESSIONS: OVER ATTENDANCE - Live Training Sessions are priced according to the number of attendees selected at the point of booking. If the number of attendees to a session surpasses the capacity stated at the time of booking, the session purchaser will be billed £100 per additional attendee to the session. - 'Attendees' refers to the number of people attending a session - not the number of devices used to access a session. BESPOKE EDUCATION: CANCELLATION - If a Bespoke session is cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the originally scheduled session time, the session purchaser will be provided with a full refund. - If a Bespoke session is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the originally scheduled session time, the session purchaser will not be entitled to a refund. BESPOKE EDUCATION: RESCHEDULING - Rescheduling a Bespoke session is possible up to 2 weeks prior to the originally scheduled session date. - Rescheduling a Bespoke session is not possible less than 2 weeks prior to the originally scheduled session date. ON-DEMAND CONTENT - No refunds are available. - Carbonwise reserves the right to update products available to purchase via On-demand (and made available to attendees to Live Training Sessions) on an annual basis. Such products will be made available as 'editions' and, upon update, the purchaser will be notified via email.
